Mr. Federico received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1972 and his law degree from Capital University in 1978. Following law school, Mr. Federico served with the Ohio Department of Commerce in the Division of Securities for two years before joining the firm.

Mr. Federico is active in the practice of municipal finance, securities and general business law and chairs the firm's Securities Finance Practice Group. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association Securities Law Committee and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He has been a speaker at the Bar Association of Greater Cleveland's Securities Law Institute, the Columbus Bar Association's Bedrock Series of Seminars and the Ohio Securities Conference.
