Our public utility practice group represents a wide range of companies and organizations providing public utility service within the State of Ohio. In addition to representing privately-owned natural gas companies and water and sewer companies, we also represent government-owned water companies in a variety of matters. Our practice is also ideally suited to the representation of smaller public utilities that do not have the resources to utilize full-time employees for regulatory relations.

Our representation of private public utilities includes a full range of business services, including litigation; and also includes representation before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and other administrative agencies. We have an extremely good working relationship with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and monitor the activities of that agency weekly and advise our clients accordingly.
