William Richard Yost received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1968, and his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1972. Mr. Yost practices in the commercial, retail and health care areas, with particular emphasis on creditor rights.

Mr. Yost has been a frequent lecturer at various seminars on the subjects of receivables management, commercial, retail and medical collections. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys. Mr. Yost is a member of the Ohio Hospital Attorneys Association, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations and serves on the Municipal Court and Bankruptcy Committees of the Columbus Bar Association.
