Mr. Wilkerson received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Ohio State University in 1976 and his law degree from Capital University in 1981. While in law school, he was a member of The Law Review. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, he served as Assistant Vice President and Attorney for Buckeye Federal Savings and Loan Association. He is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association, the Mid-Ohio Lender's Counsel Association, lecturer for the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Legal Center Institute on lender's counsel and real estate issues.

A former lecturer for the Institute of Financial Education, he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Real Property, Environmental Law and Financial Institutions Committees of the Columbus Bar Association. He serves on the Real Estate Advisory Committee of Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services Foundation. He practices in the areas of banking, tax abatements and real estate with an emphasis on commercial real estate financing.
