Mr. Stewart received his law degree in 1967 from Ohio State University. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for two years, including service in Vietnam. He is responsible for the operations of Cornerstone Title, the firm's title insurance agency, and is an active title insurance agent. He is a member of the Real Property and Bankruptcy Committees of the Columbus Bar Association, as well as the Real Property Sections of the Ohio State and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Stewart has been a frequent lecturer for the Ohio Legal Center Institute seminar programs on real estate, is a member of the Big Brothers Association of Columbus, and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Delta Company of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. He is also a member of the Columbus Rotary Club, The Ohio State University President's Club and Buckeye Boosters and is active in The Old Beechwold Residents' Association.
